Users are solely responsible for all content they upload, share, or link to through the Service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

jadeStage allows users to link to YouTube videos. We are not responsible for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JADESTAGE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Show uploaded content in the shuffle playlist
